Use Vibzpix only for photos you have permission to share. Nude pictures and/or sexually explicit pictures are not permitted. Hosts manage their events and photo approvals. Sharing closes at the event deadline; retention follows the host’s selected setting. Each paid purchase is valid for one event and must be verified by PayPal before activation. Premium photos expire seven days after sharing ends; Professional photos expire twelve calendar months after sharing ends. Download photos you want to keep before these deadlines. Do not rely on this service as your only photo backup.

We record aggregate browser-visit counts and Google referrals when available, using a one-day visit cookie to reduce repeat counting. We do not store visitor IP addresses or full referring URLs. We store your account identifier, name, email, optional business name, and agreement date to manage your host profile. Vibzpix stores a salted password hash to authenticate your account. Your password is never stored as readable text. Event and photo data are stored to provide event sharing. Guests cannot browse other guests’ photos. Your profile is not shown on the guest screen. For Photo Gallery, delete mode expires photos at sharing end; save mode gives the host seven days to select photos, and selected photos remain until the host deletes them. Premium photos, including selected photos, expire seven days after sharing ends; Professional photos expire twelve calendar months after sharing ends. PayPal processes payments; Vibzpix stores order and capture identifiers, plan, payment status, and amount, never payment card details.
